Business Developer / Sales Development Representative
Salary: £28,000, ability to increase to £40,000 within the first year.
* A Company Car, iPad, iPhone, Fuel Card, Uncapped commission – OTE £12,000, top performing OTE £60,000.
Location: Field based
Hours: 40 hours – flexible in timings

You must have a full UK driving licence to be suitable for this role. This role requires regular travel across the UK, staying away from home Monday – Friday in fully paid for accommodation for 50% of the year.

Key responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative
* Engage with your clients' employees at their pre-booked workplaces, to offer benefits packages and available insurance products to individual employees.
* Ensure sales targets and KPIs are reached in line with company expectations.
* Ensure smooth and complete registration of customers to products.
* Ensure high levels of customer engagement to clients and their employees throughout product roll out.
Key skills and experience required for Field Sales Representative
* Confident and outgoing, with a passion for meeting new people.
* Full UK driving license and the ability to travel with ease.
* Self-motivated with strong personal integrity.
* Enthusiastic about sales and eager to make an impact.
* Excellent storytelling experience and used to objection handling.
