Pebbles Care has a new opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join us on a part-time, twelve-month fixed-term contract.
Your role will be key in creating and developing content to share with the organisation and external audiences.
Your Role
Your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships between our marketing team and the wider business. This will be achieved by:
Collating and presenting internal news stories.
Launching, promoting, and ensuring engagement with internal campaigns.
Promoting employee recognition.
Publication of internal vacancies.
Ensuring our employees are aware and understand the benefits and how to access them.
Supporting the organisation in participation in our fundraising efforts.
Monitoring and analysing reporting performance metrics and preparing reports.
Coordinating with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Participation in other required marketing tasks based on the team's requirements.
What we offer you
A salary of £13,200 per annum
Your working hours will be 16 hours per week, with flexibility in your working pattern.
You will receive 5.6 weeks of annual leave per annum (pro-rata for part-time contracts).

Located in the central belt of Scotland.
Desirable Qualities include:
A valid, full UK driver's license
Previous experience in a marketing or communication role.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Suite or Canva.
