The Location Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Forensic Analyst to conduct forensic examinations of digital devices (e.g. computers, mobile phones) in order to acquire and process evidential data and produce factual reports. Key Responsibilities Case management and forensic analysis of computer and mobile devices. Securing and preservation of digital evidence. Procedure and documentation development. Contribute to achieving and maintaining quality standards whilst ensuring that the company’s quality procedures ISO 17025 and 9001 are robustly adhered to. Ensuring that the company’s IT security procedures ISO 27001 are robustly adhered to To keep up to date with digital forensics technology changes Continue to develop own knowledge and regularly attend CPD events. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent understanding of digital technology. A relevant Degree in digital forensics. 2 years experience working in an accredited digital forensics laboratory. Ability in using forensic tools including AXIOM, EnCase, Griffeye and X-Ways. An excellent command of the English language both written and oral. Fully conversant with the digital forensic process and current ACPO Guidelines. Adhere to and be fully conversant with the FSR’s Codes of Practice and Conduct. Accurate and precise.
