* Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (such as AET, PTLLS etc)
* Must have 3-5 years Management competency.
* Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management at Level 5, although training can be given to bring you up to speed.
* Must have a good level of ICT skills.
* Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face group workshops when required.
* Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Duties:
1. Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Business Administration up to Level 3.
2. Delivering online learning and face to face small group workshops when required.
3. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
4. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
