A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic apprentice to join East Suffolk Council as an ICT Apprentice (Information Communications Technician). Your role Your will provide first line ICT support for East Suffolk Council users, logging service desk calls from end-users, establishing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and faults, and escalating issues where required. In addition, you will work alongside the team to assist with the building and deployment of laptops and the installation and configuration of software and hardware. You will need: You will need to have excellent IT, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills, the ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail, and a formal educational qualification in ICT, or related subjects, at GCSE or A-level. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
