We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity as a Senior CRM Coordinator within our CRM Team here at Beaverbrooks’ fast-paced marketing department.
As a CRM Coordinator you will be responsible for managing customer behaviour and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email and SMS with a focus on growing customer loyalty and the value of returning business in 2024 and beyond.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for the delivery and ongoing optimisation of email automation programmes with a focus on driving customer engagement and bringing customers back to shop at Beaverbrooks.
* Managing the development and implementation of direct mail campaigns with the goal of driving repeat purchases during key commercial periods.
* Monitor campaign performance, collecting insights to optimise future campaigns via A/B test and learn strategies.
* Explore new ways to connect with our customers, considering targeting, frequency and content.
* Provide the CRM team with support and expertise in the execution of lifecycle programmes and direct mail campaigns.
* Be the main contact for relevant departments for lifecycle and direct mail initiatives collaborating with wider departments.
* Owning reports providing in-depth insight, analysis and recommendations for future campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
* Driving forward and recommending wider CRM Initiatives, developing relationships with our Regional Heads of Retail to ensure these are successful in driving footfall and sales in store.
* Keeping abreast of industry developments to ensure a progressive approach to lifecycle automation and direct mail communications.

The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Hands on experience in a similar role within a CRM/Marketing department.
* Experience of successfully planning, deploying and optimising CRM automated campaigns and programmes across email and direct mail.
* Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset – ability to interpret and question data and translate into meaningful insight and learnings.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Use own initiative and make decisions independently with strong attention to detail.
* A keen collaborator with excellent communication skills, who can inspire.
* Adaptable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Multichannel retail experience
* Previous experience using ESP Bloomreach system
