As Senior Marketing Co-ordinator, you are responsible for leading a team of three, managing product marketing information, overseeing customer communications, customer trips to producers, and planning and coordinating producer visit itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing support: supporting the Sales team with marketing requests, such as creating bespoke event and training booklets, and other materials as required.
2. Customer trips: managing a centralised budget and liaising with Buying, Brand Management, producers, Sales teams and customers to create trips for customers visiting producers.
3. Supplier visits: liaising with Buying and Brand Management teams to create itineraries for visiting producers to maximise commercial success.
4. Customer communications: working with various departments across the business to send customer updates, such as service updates, Fine Wine Lists, Price List updates, and bimonthly vintage change reports.
5. Fact sheets: managing product fact sheet content for marketing materials and website.
6. Wine award entries: support Brand Management and producers with coordination of wine award entries for various competitions.
7. Management of Marketing Co-ordinators: overseeing and developing members of the Marketing Support team as they progress at Liberty Wines, and providing coverage for their work.
About you
1. Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, is essential.
3. Previous experience in the wine trade is advantageous.
4. A good level of wine knowledge, ideally a minimum of WSET Level 3.
5. Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat is advantageous.
