Assistant Customer Services Manager - Outbound Rugby (Car driver essential) £32,000 - £38,000 per annum Excellent Company Benefits Flexibility Permanent Purpose of Role: Overseeing a small team within the Outbound Customer Services, to ensure customers receive an exceptional service. Duties: • Overseeing a team of 4 Customer Services Administrators • Involved in Recruitment/Training/Onboarding/Motivation of staff • Conduct staff appraisals for development. • Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. • Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints. • Pro-active to resolve challenges for customers. • Build excellent relationships with customers. • Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team. • Adhering to company processes and procedures. • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments • Working closely with the Senior Management Team.
