Portsmouth Water is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Business Change Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support large-scale transformation programmes by guiding Business Readiness Assessments, coordinating change plans, and ensuring smooth integration of changes across the wider business.
Your responsibilities will include conducting Change Impact Assessments, developing Readiness Plans, identifying challenges, assessing training needs, and promoting adoption of change. Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a supportive approach to change management are essential.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather information on future processes and identify impacts and training needs.
* Create training needs analysis documents.
* Create and update change plans.
* Assist in detailed change impact assessments (CIAs) on people, processes, and technology.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop readiness plans and training.
* Hold regular readiness review sessions with impacted business owners.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders during the change process and training.
* Participate in post-implementation reviews and identify improvement areas.
* Co-develop the Portsmouth Water change management toolkit.
