£25,000 + Bonus
Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's to join our clients market leading organisation. This role will be dealing with a high volume of calls with new and existing customers.
Role:
* Dealing with a high volume of calls and building rapport with customers quickly.
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
* Discussing customers individual situations, fact finding and discussing the best solution for them.
* Working towards targets and KPI's.
* Objection handling and resolving complaints.
* Demonstrate expert listening and questioning.
* Support customers by providing tailored solutions to help customers moving forward.
