Stonegate Group is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Agreements Coordinator to join our Agreements Team at our Head Offices in Solihull. About the Role:As a Senior Agreements Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing key administrative and legal documentation workflows, ensuring compliance with the Pubs Code regulations. You will lead a small team of Coordinators, overseeing Market Rent Only (MRO) and cyclical rent reviews, as well as permanent or material variations to agreement terms for our Pub Partners estate and lease assignments. Additionally, you will work on various change projects across the function, keeping our systems and processes up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support two Agreement Coordinators, ensuring effective communication, goal setting, and performance management. Take a proactive role in leading key projects, particularly those involving the introduction and implementation of new systems. Deputise for the Team Manager in their absence. Drive enhancements to current processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing effective solutions. Provide comprehensive legal administration support to our Regional Managers and Commercial Estate Managers. Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner with quarterly MRO rent proposals. Contribute to the preparation of PCA reports. Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and the Pubs Code.
