William Grant & Sons are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our established Business Support team, in Strathclyde Business Park (Bellshill). This is a key role in our organisation, where you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing effective support to senior leaders throughout the business.
Main Responsibility
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by building strong professional relationships with our Executive Board and senior leadership team. Based at our bottling facility and main office in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, you will own effective diary management, book frequent local and international travel, and organise engaging off-site events for our business teams. You will join an established team of Business Support professionals within the UK and a wider network of Business Support Professionals internationally.

You will be proactive, organised, detail oriented. You will enjoy working with people and value building strong professional relationships. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and, ideally, have experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
