Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week (Full supernumerary role)
Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

Green Gates Bupa Care Home has an experienced Clinical Home Manager and offers residential, nursing care, palliative care, respite, and short stay services.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
2. Creating and updating individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
3. Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
4. Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
5. Building lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
6. Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
1. Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
2. Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents’ lives.
3. Knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
4. Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
