You’ll liaise with engineers, suppliers, couriers, and technical support, making sure service levels are maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests via phone and email. Log, track, update, and close incidents in the system. Confirm warranty or support contract status before proceeding with queries. Liaise with suppliers, logistics, engineers, and technical consultants to resolve customer issues. Coordinate returns of faulty equipment to repair centres. Generate reports when required to support operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, reception, office-based support). Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to administration. Good communication skills - both written and verbal. High attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Why Join?
