ROLE OVERVIEW As a Field Service Technician, your role will be to carry out reactive and proactive servicing and repair of commercial cleaning equipment. The full scope of work will be conducted on-site at the client's location. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to ensure scheduled work is carried out to an excellent standard and completed on time Ensure clients are never let down and solutions are provided in the event of unexpected complications or when the need arises Repair work is carried out on client sites Required to assist with mobilizing and training on new contract starts KEY SKILLS cleaning machines, pressure washers, engines, servicing, installing Clean Zero, operative training Next Steps: Your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager and if it is suitable for the position, we will reach out to arrange an initial interview.
