A recognised leader in the M&E and Facilities Management sector is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team and support the smooth management of newly awarded contracts. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily paperwork and processes for newly awarded contracts. Coordinate and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring high standards are met. Provide ongoing support to the Contract Manager, offering detailed feedback on progress and addressing any queries. Ensure works are properly invoiced, compliant, and documented within company timeframes. Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure work standards are maintained and communication is clear. Skills & Experience Required : Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a Service & Maintenance environment (preferred but not essential). Ability to manage workloads in a high-pressure environment. Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent people skills. Familiarity with CAFM systems and experience in contract administration is a plus. Why Join?
