Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. The day to day of the role will include. Ensuring all recruitment records are maintained accurately within the system Coordinating with managers to schedule interviews and prepare interview packs Sending out offer letters and contracts Completing pre-employment checks, eligibility to work, references etc Inputting new starter data on to system working to ensure all compliance is adhered to Providing administration support to the recruitment and HR teams The ideal candidate will need experience in working to support a recruitment team with all round duties and good systems knowledge.
