The Team & Focus of the Role Our Infrastructure Services team continue to go from strength to strength and as such, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant to come and join our expanding team in Banbury. At Fisher German our customers and clients are at the heart of what we do. We have long standing relationships with many of our clients through the generations (some up to 80 years). This is down to the trust they have in us to deliver what we say we will, on time. This position is ideal for someone who excels in delivering exceptional support. The candidate should be highly organised and possess strong secretarial and administrative skills. They must be able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a calm and focused manner in a professional setting. This position is available on a part-time basis. The days and hours are open for negotiation. You will be supporting with a variety of tasks such as: Assistance with the preparation and implementation of divisional strategies/documents relating to client growth and employee experience Research into and management of some specific projects Monthly reporting to clients in accordance with KPIs/MI Ad hoc assistance with client project work Efficient diary management that ensures the seamless execution of projects, meetings, and other activities. Effective management of expenses, including the processing of invoices. The successful candidate will have Have excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills Strong problem-solving skills Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal Why Fisher German?
