We are seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level strategic administration and executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team of a large, successful Multi Academy Trust. About the Role: As the Executive Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive level operations within the Trust. This is a fast-paced role requiring outstanding organisation, problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings and supporting the implementation of central procedures and operations. Exceptional written communication is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of grammatical accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, concise and professional documents, reports and correspondence. Excellent grammar and accuracy in written communications—this is a critical requirement. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
