This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor to join a leading contractor delivering prestigious design and build projects across the Midlands. The role will involve regular travel to the Company's sites and offices on a national basis. The SHE Advisor reports to the QESH Manager. Requirements: - NEBOSH diploma (Preferred) - A minimum of NEBOSH Construction certificate (Preferred) - Construction experience including high rise apartments (Preferred) - CSCS Card (Preferred) - SEATS (Preferred) Key Duties: - Implement the Company's SHE Policy. - Monitor SHE performance goals. - Provide pro-active support on all SHE issues. - Show commitment to ensuring continuous improvement in SHE performance. - Maintain and improve an accredited Health & Safety Management system. - Maintain and improve an accredited Environmental Management System.
