We are looking for a dynamic and committed Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our team at Peterborough College. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging and supportive lessons to Entry Level 3 to Level 1 learners, fostering a love of learning and helping students achieve their personal and academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects, including English, Sport and Leisure, and Vocational Studies. Support and inspire Entry 3 to Level 1 learners, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs. Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that motivate and challenge students. Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages personal growth and academic success. What We’re Looking For: Passion for Inclusive Education: A genuine commitment to supporting learners with varying needs and abilities. Teaching Expertise: Experience delivering Entry Level 3 to Level 1 content, particularly in English, Sport and Leisure, and Vocational Studies. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to engage with a diverse range of learners and adapt teaching styles as needed. Qualifications: A teaching qualification or significant teaching experience is preferred. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to inspire and connect with learners of all backgrounds.
