Summary

Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are an integral cog within the in-store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality, and service standards within your store. One of the requirements for this role is flexibility to work across various departments, which supports career progression in the future.
What are we looking for?
A Team Manager to lead the Hospitality/Café Team at one of our stores across the Manchester and Cheshire regions. Due to the nature of this role, we cannot accept applications from anyone under 18 years of age.
Please note that this is a Full-Time role that requires flexibility and strong leadership of a large team with a commitment to achieving high standards.
