Loyalty Marketing Manager - Retail
Brighton 2 days per week (3 days WFH)

Our client is a consumer-focused global retail brand based in Brighton. We are looking for a skilled Loyalty Marketing Manager with experience of working on loyalty programmes, managing a loyalty plan and strategy, and reporting back on loyalty customer performance. You will be working with cross-functional marketing departments, CRM, eCommerce, and Digital Marketing, building and planning loyalty campaigns with an omni-channel reach.
Responsibilities for this Loyalty Marketing Manager job include:
* Deliver the campaign activity as outlined in the customer loyalty plan.
* Manage trigger and automation loyalty programmes.
* Work with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams and retailers to deliver promotional campaign activity, including new product launches, events, discounts, and promotions.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns covering emails, social media, SMS, eCommerce, retail merchandise, and digital content.
* Analyse and report on campaign activity, aligned with the KPIs and commercial ROI.
* Manage external agencies, brief, track, and report on campaign activity.
For this Loyalty Marketing Manager role you should have:
* Worked in a Loyalty Marketing position, or in a Loyalty Campaign or project management capacity for at least 3 years, for either a retailer or eCommerce company. Agency side or in-house experience welcome.
* Proven skills in building retail loyalty programmes, with strong stakeholder management and project management experience.
* Successfully analysed loyalty campaigns and experience of working with an omni-channel retailer.
* Experience with Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI (not essential).
