Are you an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? Join Adler and Allan as a Junior Client Services Executive and play a key role in managing customer enquiries, progressing sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and progress opportunities using CRM and Focal Point systems
2. Support Business Development Managers in identifying and upselling opportunities
3. Ensure timely service delivery in line with contracts and company strategy
4. Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and assistance
5. Handle administrative tasks, including purchase orders, quotations, and reporting
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to onboard new customers
What We're Looking For
1. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
2. Experience of a fast-paced role
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to multitask and work proactively
5. Experience in customer service, aftersales, or upselling
