An industry-leading supplier is expanding their team and searching for a Sales Administrator.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the sales team to support Admin duties:
1. Processing customer orders onto the system
2. Handling any refund or payment queries
3. Raising orders, checking stock and pricing for customers
4. Customer service – supporting with any questions or queries they have
5. Managing cases with a credit limit
6. Ensuring customer details are correct
7. Ad-hoc admin duties
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills who could come from a variety of different backgrounds, including customer service and retail customer-facing roles, looking to grow their career in a sales environment.
