What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking ECT to join part of the founding team at Limebrook Primary School andNursery which opened in Maldon in September 2024. The ideal candidate will be willing to give their best for the children andkeen to be developed further in their teaching practice.
Being an ECT at Limebrook Primary School & Nursery means you will get an experienced mentor to support you all the waythrough your ECT journey. With weekly training, development, support and sessions that help develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher. Our ECTs also have the benefits of two weeks in depth training at the end of summer term to get them ready for their September start.
We are a warm, friendly school and team, with wonderful children and supportive parents. Children are motivated to learn,are exceptionally well behaved and deserve the best that we can give them.
We have outstanding opportunities, support in your induction and excellent professional development as you begin yourcareer in teaching.
Please note we offer a July start for potential ECT’s to ensure a strong induction and so that ECT’s can get paid over the summer break.
