M&e project manager

Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager (M&E) needed on a permanent basis in St Johns Wood, London, close to City of London, Camden Town, Kensington, Hammersmith, Hackney, Tower Bridge and Brixton.


Duties

1. Develop project plans, budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
2. Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and installation meet the clients' expectations.
3. Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
4. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical installation and provide technical assistance to electricians on site as needed.


Qualifications

1. Extensive experience as an M&E project manager.
2. Electrical Qualifications.
3. Mechanical Qualifications.
4. Ability to be based on site while projects are in process.
5. Commutable distance from London.

Salary: £65-£70K

Start date: February 2025

Length: Permanent
