Sweetzy are one of the biggest online pick n mix companies in the UK, based in Hethel, Norfolk. We are currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join our team.
The role is based at our Warehouse and is offered on a part-time basis of a flexible 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday) starting January 2024. This position would be great for someone who is looking for a flexible role that fits around their lifestyle.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Responding to online queries
* Responding to Trustpilot queries and reviews
* Dealing with customer complaints
* Processing customer returns
* Liaising with external companies when discrepancies arise
* Any other tasks set by the Operations and/or Office Manager
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience
* Knowledge of Zendesk would be an advantage
* Driving license/access to a vehicle due to the location
