Position: Import/Export 360 Operational Roles (x3)

Role Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals for 360 import/export operational roles, focusing on AOG and time-sensitive shipments. Available Roles and Salary Ranges
Standard Role (Monday–Friday): £33,000 – £35,000
Day Shifts (4-on-4-off, 7:00–19:00): £34,000 – £36,000
Night Shifts (4-on-4-off, 19:00–7:00): £36,000 – £38,000 Salary Package
Out-of-Hours Coverage: Additional income potential for supporting the Import Department from home (laptop provided).
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
Bonus Scheme: 1 month’s salary (based on company and individual performance).
Holidays: 23 days annual leave (pro rata).

Comprehensive training program. Key Responsibilities
Manage AOG/time-sensitive shipments with precision and efficiency.
Process air and road shipments based on customer requests (via phone/email).
Prepare and manage export/import documentation, including Hawbs, Mawbs, customs formalities, and airline liaison.
Ensure compliance with IATA/airline regulations and supplier instructions (IPR, OPR, export licenses).
Monitor pre-alerts, post-flight updates, and provide accurate quotations.
Provide holiday shift coverage as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in import/export operations, particularly with AOG shipments.
Background in aerospace/aircraft parts shipping (preferred).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Proficiency in software such as Boxtop, e-Customs/CDS, and Microsoft Office. Qualifications:
Educated to GCSE or A-Level standard.
Fluent in English (multi-lingual skills advantageous).
Cargo Op security training required.
Valid UK driver’s license (essential due to location).
Forklift license (preferred; training available).
Willingness to cover additional shifts as required
