Driving a range of company HGVs and understanding their specific operation to carry out tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Undertaking tasks either in teams or independently, including:
Fuel uplifts and fuel deliveries*
Fuel filtering / fuel polishing and associated aspects*
Operating the fleet of Vac Tankers for various purposes*
Using jetting equipment on Vac Tankers exceeding 4000 psi
Interceptor cleaning, uplift, and disposal*
Completing paperwork in compliance with ADR regulations and Hazardous Waste Regulations
Driving a range of company LGVs for various duties
Assisting the wider team with various tasks
(* Mainly hazardous products in accordance with ADR and Hazardous Waste Regulations)Other Duties
Assisting with (non-exhaustive):
Tank preparation and painting
Fuel filtration with smaller units
Fuel sampling
OSR reportingDaily Tasks in a High-Performing Team
Understanding, adhering to, and accepting Risk Assessments and Method Statements, along with the ability to complete Dynamic Risk Assessments.
Using various tools to remove hazardous materials safely, avoiding unnecessary risks.
Cooperating with line management to ensure personnel, contractors, and visitors comply with site rules.
Contributing to the development of equipment, plant, and systems to improve safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Promoting safety, health, environmental, and quality awareness among personnel, contractors, and visitors.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times.
Reporting faults on plant, equipment, infrastructure, and other operational difficulties as they occur.
Assisting in the maintenance of plant, vehicles, and equipment.
Engaging in regular training and supporting others in their training needs.Other Requirements

Willing to work away from home for up to 4 nights per week
Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
Flexible with working hours based on business needs
