Infrastructure Project Manager Infrastructure Project Manager Hybrid-working (Onsite in Warrington WFH) 6 month contract £400-£425 per day (Outside-IR35) The Opportunity: We require an onsite Agile Project Manager to drive stakeholder engagement for a leading global brand operating in the retail sector by facilitating infrastructure project discussions to define objectives, whilst prioritising requirements to ensure alignment with strategic UK and Europe infrastructure initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between key stakeholders, contractors / vendors and the delivery team, the role requires a regular onsite presence in Warrington, Cheshire. Skills and Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as an Agile Project Manager in infrastructure projects. Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) & Freshservice for Agile project tracking. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage relationships across teams and vendors. Expertise in Agile methodologies with a track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. Agile Project Management Certification (Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent). Role and Responsibilities: Agile Planning and Execution: strategically manage and oversee boards in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Freshservice by creating and maintaining Epics, Features, Tasks, User Stories, Escaped Bugs and RAIDs; and to ensure alignment with sprint goals, project priorities and Agile principles. Progress Monitoring and Delivery Assurance along with Risk Management: monitor the development lifecycle by tracking User Stories, proactively resolving blockers and mitigating risks to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones. Align project timelines with team capacity for smooth execution of EMEA infrastructure initiatives. Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies: lead and actively facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly PMO calls, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Provide insights, enable team collaboration, and foster a culture of iterative improvement and adaptability. Provide weekly status updates: consulting with and operating into relevant stakeholders across the business (UK and Europe) Team Collaboration and Participation in Continuous Improvement: collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, enhance velocity and ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations.
