Summary: Reporting to the Estates Manager and serving as an integral member of the Estates team, the Soft Services Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and coordination of services and processes that support the core business of the Estates Department. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations supporting NCC’s soft services, focusing on contractor and contract management, for example the security teams, groundworks, cleaning and access control amongst others. Example of specific activities below, see job description for full list; Manage Service Desk, ensure tickets are allocated appropriately and SLA’s are adhered to, reporting monthly. Undertake contractor management processes and procedures. Manage presence of contractors on site for soft services and assist rest of Estates Team as needed – from purchase order, contractor pack preparation, scheduling, induction, access around building, inspections, sign-off, and goods receiving Work with the Estates Manager and Health & Safety Team to implement and issue the Estates Management systems: SOIs, Procedure, Policy, Permits, Signage, Forms, etc. Assist with audits and resolving PIR’s (as a Problem Investigator) Provide reporting to the Estates Manager on areas of responsibility Review processes in area of responsibility, conduct regular process reviews, identify inefficiencies and escalate improvements Manage new starters, movers and leavers process to ensure systems are updated in accordance with GDPR and NCC Operations. So, what are we looking for in your application? We will prioritise applications with background in fields such as engineering, defence & related industries. Specific experience we will look for in your CV would include; Established background working in facilities or estates management role. Strong contract and contractor management skills (understanding job management) Prior focus on soft services within prior facilities/estates roles. Proactive with good organisational skills.
