Who we are seeking We are now recruiting for a Supply Chain Project Manager to join the Sunseeker family in Poole. As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead projects in relation to cost, delivery or quality across the Sunseeker Supply Base. Example responsibilities include Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain-related projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, new product launches, and cost-reduction initiatives. Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope, adjusting plans as needed to account for changing circumstances. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and KPIs. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyse supply chain operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts. Ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented throughout the project lifecycle. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Coordinate audits and ensure documentation and processes adhere to company policies. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead project teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. To be considered you'll need Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, APICS) is a plus. Experience: 5 years of project management experience within supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
