Our internal TMC Knowledge Base, and training, will support this Promoting our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or 'fantastic foot treatment’ Answering customer questions and concerns with urgency, care and sincerity Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Occasionally being part of promotional activity, both onsite and offsite locally Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management Must be eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English, spoken and written
