The Role
Are you passionate about holistic living and ready to bring fresh energy to a growing, heart-centred business? As Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our community and driving business growth through your passion for holistic practices. You will be the right hand to our knowledgeable owner, translating her inspiring vision into dynamic operations while providing excellent customer service and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate a warm and inviting environment for visitors.
2. Drive sales through exceptional customer service and upselling.
3. Oversee daily operations, including stock management, displays, customer engagement, and inventory tracking using our till system.
4. Collaborate with the owner on social media and marketing initiatives, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
5. Manage a small team of 2-3 staff members, including volunteers.
6. Handle financial administration tasks, including purchasing and budget tracking to support the owner.
7. Dedicate 2-3 hours per week for business administration and social media management, away from the shop floor.
8. Ensure smooth communication and documentation for daily operations.
9. Liaise with external practitioners, supporting them in all they need to successfully run workshops throughout the day.
10. Coordinate logistics for events and workshops, ensuring everything is prepared and organised.

2. Sales-driven: Proactively engages customers to boost sales.
3. Experienced in scheduling and administrative tasks: Manages operations effectively.
4. Warm and approachable: Creates a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Flexible and adaptable: Able to adjust to the evolving needs of the business.
6. Strong communication skills: Grounded in interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and the owner.
Working Schedule
Tuesday - Friday: TBD
Saturday: essential 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Additional hours as needed for coverage. Flexibility is essential.
