Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Derby - Monday to Friday - 39 Hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform high-quality installation, service, and maintenance work at customer sites in accordance with company engineering standards.
2. Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and maintain compliance.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering clear communication, information, and guidance while on-site.
4. Identify and suggest improvements for site safety, plant reliability, and operational efficiency.
5. Take a proactive approach to continuous professional development, including expanding expertise in systems, components, and emerging technologies.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Successful applicants should have specialized experience in the maintenance and servicing of refrigeration equipment. While not required, experience with HFC systems would be advantageous, along with familiarity with systems using CO2 and NH3.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000, depending on experience + Bonus & choice of car or van.
Career progression with the opportunity to top up base salary between 10-20%.
Benefits include 35 days inclusive of bank holidays, a very good pension, twice yearly salary reviews, and private medical insurance.
