If you have experience supporting students with Asperger's or High Functioning Autism, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in various subjects. Help create and implement personalized learning plans. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment. Assist with social and emotional development, ensuring every student feels valued and respected. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our students. Key Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience working with students with Asperger's Syndrome or High Functioning Autism. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with young people. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and provide tailored support. A passion for supporting young adults in their educational journey.
