What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and devise tailored therapy programmes to support their rehabilitation and independence.
2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-based occupational therapy services.
3. Provide equipment and adaptation recommendations to enhance clients' ability to perform daily tasks.
4. Facilitate group sessions to promote social integration and skill development.
5. Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and service delivery.
Requirements:
This role requires a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration and experience in community occupational therapy. A valid driving licence and your own vehicle are essential as you will be visiting clients throughout the community.
