As our next Front Office Manager, you will…
* Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel,
* Manages and motivates front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests,
* Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets,
* Increases revenue through his/her sales efforts and by managing rooms revenue effectively (Revenue Management),
* Implements brand and Group projects and identity features,
* Ensures effective utilisation & productivity of all colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling & adhering to budget,
* Adheres to and promotes the Company’s Health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs
Qualifications
* Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
* Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Strong team player and positive attitude
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Essential to be flexible with working hours
