Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and effective Contracts Manager to join our team at APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED.
As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. The role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement contract strategies to meet business objectives
* Maintain accurate records of contract progress, milestones, and issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
