A bit about the job As a Pricing and Commercial Lead within our Health Innovation team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing commercial strategies for new propositions. You will use your pricing expertise and analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, ensuring our innovations are both customer-centric and commercially sustainable. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making and help shape the future of our health business. Skills and experience Strong commercial background with experience in pricing, financial planning, and risk management. Highly numerate, with a degree in a STEM subject. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with at least one programming language (e.g. SQL, Python, R). Ability to develop business cases and communicate complicated analysis to non-technical audiences. A strong understanding of insurance pricing and distribution, ideally within the health sector.
