Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to work with the Integrated Healthcare Team at HMP Nottingham, providing extensive administration support. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with the ability to prioritise their workload, have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work with competing priorities and demands. The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a wider team. This unique environment offers the opportunity to work with different organisations and subcontractors and support the delivery of care across a range of services including primary care, mental health and substance misuse. The Offender Health Care Group is one of the largest and most successful providers of prison healthcare in the UK. The Care Group provide physical, mental health and substance misuse healthcare services in prisons across the East Midlands, Lincolnshire & Leicestershire. Main duties of the job To provide an efficient, comprehensive administrative service to the Integrated Healthcare Team, supporting the clinical team in the organisation and facilitation of patients referrals, hospital appointments and ongoing patient care/treatment. Also maintaining patient records and databases on SystmOne. Liaising with external organisations where required, i.e. hospitals, other prisons and partner agencies and colleagues within this prison.
