Customer Account Manager - Health & Safety Services
Location: Home Based
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (Year 1 OTE £40,000)
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a market-leading business that provides vital information to organisations regarding Health & Safety information needed on an ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer needs related to training, legal register support, user functionality, and issue resolution.
2. Conduct up to 8 training sessions per week with clients, providing help and advice as necessary.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
4. Identify new businesses that may benefit from the extensive library of information.
This role is home-based, with training sessions and communication with clients conducted via Teams. The position offers an attractive salary of £30,000 with a Year 1 OTE of £40,000.
