Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator - £14.74 PAYE £19.70 Umbrella - Birmingham - 6 months
Working within a large blue chip organisation, this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients, and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department.
Duties:
1. Scheduling interviews
2. Preparing offer letters
3. Onboarding and managing the onboarding experience for new starters
4. Data entry
5. Providing compensation proposals for internal offers
6. Producing internal offer paperwork
7. Managing the filing and storage of documentation
8. Following up on activities required by third party vendors
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have excellent operational customer service focus, shared services, analysis and data skills, accuracy, and experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment. Process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills are essential. Educated to A level or equivalent.
