Education Recruitment Consultant?
About the role:
You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering both contract and permanent staff to existing clients as well as new client generation. This is an opportunity for someone to join our busy and dynamic team.
This is a 360 role, which will require:
1. Recruiting excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area
2. Marketing, to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients, using a combination of both traditional and digital methods
3. Headhunting candidates for specialist teaching, eLearning and leadership roles where required
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
5. Developing new and existing business relationships
6. Working with candidate resourcing specialists and compliance and vetting colleagues to build, progress and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates
7. Adhere to weekly targets and KPIs, set in conjunction with your manager
8. Embodying TeacherActive’s culture and company values
9. Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
10. Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development
11. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the education sector in order to maximise potential opportunities
The experience and skills that will help you hit the ground running are:
1. Previous experience within a sales role (highly desirable but not essential)
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set KPI’s and/or targets
3. Experience of managing and servicing a diverse range of clients simultaneously
4. Strong customer service skills
5. A high standard of written and oral communication skills
6. Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
7. Intermediate computer skills.
