Employer description: Predictable Marketing is a growing B2B marketing agency seeking a bright and motivated marketing apprentice to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. You will support our team with social media, demand generation campaigns, data analysis and admin. Responsibilities: Assist in tasks such as lead generation research, content creation (blog posts, social media content), email marketing, and landing page development Gain exposure to the full demand gen funnel, including lead nurturing, marketing automation, and campaign performance analysis Contribute to social media marketing Assist with scheduling and content, creation and paid ads across various social media platforms Daily data analysis and reporting Learn to use marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as maintaining databases Desirable skills: Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights An understanding of marketing and lead generation techniques to develop and grow the business A forward thinking, positive and enthusiastic approach to marketing, fresh ideas, and new concepts Excellent communication skills The ability to work independently Entry requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
