Here is what your role as a Support Worker will look like:
· Personal Care Champion:
Support the children and young people with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and meals whilst encouraging their independence.
· Activity Enthusiast:
Plan and take part in fun activities such as crafts, games and sports to encourage teamwork and new skills.
· Health and Wellness Guardian:
Monitor their health and well-being, ensuring they stay happy, healthy and emotionally supported.
· Team Player Extraordinaire:
Collaborate with the team to create personalised care plans, enabling a safe and nurturing environment for all.

Support Worker Shifts:
· Offering days, nights & bank roles
· Working weekends are essential
· Term time: weekdays 7am-11am, 2:00pm-9:30pm.
· Night Shifts: 9pm – 8am
· School holidays & weekends: 7am-2:30pm OR 2:00pm-9:30pm.
