Responsibility for the day to day servicing and repair maintenance work ensuring that all workundertaken is compliant with relevant legislation and guidance including NHS Health Technicalmemorandums (HTMs), Health Building Notes (HBNs), British Standards, European Standards,etc Support in the development and implementation of the Estates Strategy based upon Trust andAtlas strategic goals. The post holder will undertake fault finding and testing of complex LV networks, critical systems and equipment, such as nurse call equipment and fire alarms. You will be responsible for undertaking fixed electrical installations testing and general inspections. The post holder will undertake fault finding and maintenance of various types of plant and cateringequipment such as heated trolleys, dishwashers and AHUs. You will be responsible for carrying various PPM tasks. This will involve working with trade groups and contractors staff to provide an effective maintenance, repair and installation service, which is responsive to the users needs and will involve the planning and organising of maintenance activities
