You will drive sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational performance, and governance in line with contractual obligations, ensuring successful contract delivery against agreed SLA/KPIs. You will manage the P&L and all commercial aspects of the Account, strategically developing the account in partnership with the client through building effective stakeholder relationships and developing a high performing team through a continuous improvement ethos.
How will you be the change?
We believe every role is essential to providing that peace of mind for our customers - whatever part of the business you’re in. Every role plays a part in driving us further, and everyone can be the change. That’s how we deliver value for our customers and build systems that lead the way.
As an Account Director with Bellrock, you’ll:

5. Develop strong client relationships based on trust, providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
6. Ensure continuous improvement across the Account through effective and efficient complaint resolution by identifying root causes and corrective actions.
7. Measure and monitor satisfaction across your Account and provide detailed reporting and analysis on satisfaction trends together with improvement plans as necessary.
8. Be the main point of escalation for the key client stakeholder and the internal team as required.
9. Promote a positive Health and Safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are managed and addressed.
10. Promote the ‘Bellrock’ culture within the business.

What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an Account Director, you’ll need:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ management and operational experience in client-facing, national, multi-site FM contracts in the public or private sector.
