JOB PURPOSE
Today, Ben & Jerry’s is a successful business in Europe and one of the fastest growing brands within the total European Ice Cream portfolio. As a result, we are looking for a passionate marketing operations candidate to help deliver our ambition of doubling the size of the business while simultaneously becoming the most ethical food brand in the market. This dynamic role includes responsibility for overseeing efficiencies in our operations and in turn, delivering savings that can be re-invested to drive even more impact through our values led sourcing commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be part of IC MKT Operations team, working very closely with B&J’s brand innovation team, managing European codes/artwork portfolio ~ 500 items.
* You will be the person that knows your brand’s portfolio best. You will keep track of all products, factories, countries selling, changes in the portfolio, and keep the library of product codes & approved AWs updated.
* You will facilitate brand’s “destination portfolio” – an annual portfolio review process leading discussion with marketing central, countries, and cross-functional teams.
* You will prepare the brand for annual “AW season” – an E2E packaging change/update process from defining what is in scope to tracking every item deployment in the factory.
* You will arrange for product codes for your brand via Prisma tool.
* You will coordinate annual AW season for your brand, ensuring a smooth, timely process in harmony with other brands. You will be working closely with AWE and marketing teams to deliver AW plan on time and in full.
* You will be the early adopter, user acceptance tester for any new system to be implemented in IC Europe.
* When needed, you will wear the “Artwork Production Specialist” hat supporting Artwork Excellence with artwork management in Blue.
* Administrate the codes, share with relevant functions.
* You will expand your skills and scope beyond European countries helping to set efficient operations for Asia and Australia.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent computer literacy, especially advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience with systems (e.g. Blue, SAP, CRM, Prisma, SalesForce).
* Project management experience.
* Relevant years’ experience in the business environment, preferably in a position related to data and/or process management.
